White Rainbow is Adam Forkner from Portland, Oregon.

Since the late 90's Forkner has been pushing uncompromising psychedelic experimentation in all forms, releasing records on labels such as Kranky, Marriage, States Rights and Gnar Tapes. Forkner has both collaborated and produced for a number of A list indie rock and experimental luminaries, including Jackie-O Motherfucker, Dirty Projectors, Devendra Banhart, Atlas Sound, Yacht, Little Wings, and others.

Previous recorded projects include Yume Bitsu, Surface of Eceon, World, and Dark Yoga, with current explorations including those with experimental dub group We Like Cats and avant-electronic collective Rob Walmart.
